We love it when hear from our guests.
We like to share with them our favourite places, secret gems etc... so when they send us messages of thanks, and tell us what things they did on their stay, it really makes our day.

We had a lovely stay at Sandy Toes! The cottage was great for our young daughter with plenty of games and books. She particularly enjoyed crawling around the outside space. It was nice to have a travel cot and high chair provided, so we didn't have to pack these things in the car. The Bay is beautiful with lovely walks nearby, especially the beach. We're hoping to return one day!

Sunkissed Cottage is perfect for families or a couple. It has everything you need and more for a relaxing break away. The cottage itself is stunning, the owners have thought of everything a family would need to make it feel like home. We instantly fell in love with the cottage. It has outdoor seating with stunning views, a BBQ area and all the mod cons. It was easy to book and all information was sent to us about the cottage prior to us arriving. The bay itself has so much to offer for your stay, it has easy access to the beach with beautiful coastal and a meadow walk. You will not be disappointed, we would strongly recommend you book this cottage. Like us you will be thinking about your next stay as soon as your holiday comes to an end.

We stayed at Salty Kisses to celebrate my Mum’s 85th Birthday and it was perfect! It was great to have a bedroom downstairs for my parents and we each felt like we had enough personal and communal space to enjoy the weekend together. The dining room was great to enjoy a family dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Already trying to organise a return! This house is absolutely stunning, perfect for taking grandparents and children, it has everything you could possibly need and more! It's perfectly situated, couple of minutes walk to the shop, pub & arcade and about 20 minutes to the beach (be warned, it's a steep hill but we managed with a pram and mobility scooter). Joanne is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Could not have asked for a better weekend away with the family.

We booked the Sunkissed Cottage at the last minute, and it turned out to be an exceptional choice. The cottage was extremely well-equipped, providing everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and it was impeccably clean throughout. The beds were particularly comfortable, allowing us to rest peacefully with very little noise from outside. Its location was perfect; situated directly across from a charming pub and a convenient onsite shop, we were just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the coastal scenery. Having stayed in numerous Airbnb properties in the past, we can confidently say that Sunkissed Cottage ranks among the very best experiences we've had. There was absolutely nothing we could fault. We were especially grateful for the thoughtful touch of biscuits and milk left for us— it was delightful to enjoy a warm cup of tea on our arrival after a long drive. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we look forward to returning!

We've just got back from a weekend at Sunkissed Cottage. We absolutely loved our stay, we stayed at Sandy Toes last year so we knew it would be lovely!
The cottage is so cosy with a woodburning stove and it is spotlessly clean. It's just over the road from the pub and a short walk to the beach so it really was perfect. Really appreciated the welcome package too with wine and cookies!
100% recommend, we're already looking at dates to go back!

We've just got back from Sunkissed Cottage. We absolutely loved our stay and we wished that we had stayed longer.
The cottage is so cosy and had everything we needed for our stay and the welcome package was a lovely surprise.
So close to all the amenities and a short walk to the beach.
100% recommend, and we’ll be back next year.

Lovely stay at Joanne’s place it was ideal for my family and our dog. Excellent location with loads to see and do around Filey. The house was perfect for us and Joanne was excellent throughout. Would highly recommend.
