There is a downstairs cloakroom WC and plenty of hall space for coats and shoes. You will find a well equipped fully fitted kitchen and dining space for 5.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 5. The master bedroom has a double bed with walk in wardrobe, TV/DVD player, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
There is plenty of room for a travel cot.

The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with full size single truckle bed and a chest of drawers. TV/DVD player with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

OUTSIDE
French doors lead to the south facing patio and gardens.
Patio furniture, parasol and brick built BBQ provide a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the kids play in the huge garden space.

Sandy Toes has parking directly outside for 2 cars, complete with EV Charger for our guests with electric vehicles.

Guests are free to use all amenities at The Bay, Filey. Leisure pass in properties for free access to the Leisure Centre, pubs and restaurants. Paid for activities can be booked directly through Aria.
